Money-Back Guarantee under the terms outlined below.

120-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your first purchase of any Maren 
Health product, simply contact us at support@maren-health.com 
within 120 days of delivery, and we'll review your request and 
work with you to find a suitable resolution.

What's Covered
- Your first order of any Maren Health product
- Refund requests submitted within 120 days of delivery
- One refund per product type per customer

What's NOT Covered
- Refund requests submitted after 120 days from delivery
- Subscription renewals (second order, third order, etc.)
- Customers who have previously claimed a refund under this guarantee
- Shipping and handling fees

No exceptions are made beyond the 120-day money-back guarantee.

How Subscriptions Work

When you purchase a subscription, you agree to recurring charges 
at your selected frequency (monthly, every 2 months, or every 3 
months). Your subscription will automatically renew unless you 
cancel.

Important: The 120-day money-back guarantee applies only to your 
first order. Subscription renewals — whether monthly, 2-month, or 
3-month — are separate transactions and are not covered under this 
guarantee.

It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before your 
next billing date if you do not wish to be charged again.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time with no questions 
asked.

To cancel:
- Visit your account dashboard, or
- Email us at support@maren-health.com

To avoid a recurring charge, you must cancel before your next 
billing date. All cancellations are processed immediately.

Billing Information

You are responsible for keeping your billing information current 
and accurate. If your payment method changes, please update it 
through your customer portal or by contacting our support team.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact 
us immediately at support@maren-health.com. You do not need to 
return the item — we'll send a replacement at no cost.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. 
We will do our best to stop your order before it ships, but we 
cannot guarantee cancellations once an order has been processed. 
Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.

Agreement to Policy

By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree 
to this Refund Policy in full, including all eligibility 
requirements and limitations.
